How AgenticSEO improved its own AI visibility
Subject: agenticseo.live
We ran our own product on our own website. The audit found the marketing routes were reachable but unquotable: a single-page React build served an empty shell to crawlers that do not execute JavaScript, structured data did not disambiguate the brand from the category phrase, and pages sold the product without answering the buyer's question on the page.
Before and after
| Signal | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Google Search Console impressions (comparable window) | high 70s | low 800s |
| Public marketing routes served as static HTML to crawlers | 0 | all public routes |
| Answer-ready guide and glossary pages | a handful | 40+ |
| Machine-readable index (llms.txt / llms-full.txt) | none | published site-wide |
| Glossary and guide terms ranking on page one | none | several exact-term wins |
What was changed
- Audited crawler access for GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, Google-Extended, ClaudeBot, and PerplexityBot.
- Added a build-time prerender step so every public route ships static HTML.
- Published one Organization and one WebSite node site-wide with brand alternate names, plus per-route Article, FAQPage, and BreadcrumbList nodes.
- Published an llms.txt index and a longer llms-full.txt technical brief.
- Wrote one page per buyer question, plus commercial-intent comparison pages with vendor source links and visible last-updated dates.
- Connected Google Search Console and put tracked prompts on a schedule so classical and AI signals share one queue.
