This Privacy Policy explains how Traction Gap Partners, LLC (“TGP”, “we”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with AgenticSEO by Traction Gap Partners (the “Service”).
1. Information We Collect
a. Account information
- Full name, email address, company name, job title, and website URL (or an “I’m an agency” indicator).
- Authentication credentials (password hash) or Google OAuth identifier if you sign in with Google.
b. Service data
- URLs and pages you submit for analysis, generated metadata, llms.txt, JSON-LD, AI Visibility prompts and results, and report history.
c. Payment information
- Stripe collects and processes payment-card details directly. We receive only billing identifiers, last-4 digits, plan, and status — we do not store full card numbers.
d. Operational data
- Server-side request logs, error logs, rate-limit counters, audit logs, and security events used to operate and protect the Service.
2. Cookies and Tracking
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other third-party advertising trackers in the Service.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- Run AgenticSEO audits, AI Visibility scans, and the Finn AI assistant.
- Authenticate users and enforce access controls and rate limits.
- Process payments, send transactional emails (e.g., receipts, scheduled-report reminders), and provide support.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Sub-processors
We share information with the following sub-processors, each under contractual data-protection obligations:
- Supabase — managed database, authentication, storage, and edge function hosting.
- Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Web crawling and page-rendering providers — fetching and rendering the pages you submit for analysis. Current provider names are available on request to info@tractiongappartners.com.
- OpenAI — AI generation and AI Visibility prompt runs.
- Google (Gemini AI) — AI generation.
- Lovable — hosting and AI Gateway routing.
5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Users)
Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of: performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, product improvement), consent (where required, e.g., for optional integrations), and legal obligations.
6. Data Retention
- Account and report data is retained for the life of your account.
- Deleted records are soft-deleted and held in a trash state for thirty (30) days, after which a scheduled job permanently purges them.
- Logical JSON backups are written nightly and retained on a rolling basis for disaster recovery.
- Audit logs and security events are retained as needed for security and compliance.
7. International Transfers
We are based in the United States and our sub-processors may process data in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can:
- Export your data as a ZIP file from the Manage → Data Export screen.
- Delete your account and associated data from the Manage → Delete Account screen, which triggers our 30-day soft-delete and purge workflow.

9. Security
We use Row-Level Security on multi-tenant tables, encrypted secrets storage for CMS connections, TLS in transit, audited admin access, and regular restore drills against our backups. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
